Do you know which 2x16 3200MHz memory will definitely work with those boards at that frequency?

A Ryzen mother board is not the main determining factor regarding whether or not a specific memory model will work at a rated speed. That is determined by the Ryzen memory controller in the CPU, and the compatibility of the memory with Ryzen's memory requirements, and the AMD AGESA microcode in the board's UEFI/BIOS version.

But to answer your question, no it won't. G.SKILL Ripjaws V has poor compatibility with Ryzen systems in general, and 32GB at 3200 will not be possible.
