I now got BIOS to find one of my 32GB USB, formating with Rufus.
I tried update with old firmware B65PGI_1.12 but with the same result - power down and nothing after that. Had to pull the cable.

BIOS I tried with same result:

Hi,

Just got my new ASRock B650E PG-ITX card and I have problems updating BIOS.
Its current version is 1.07 and failed to go through the update process.


When using "Instant Flash tool" in UEFI:
BIOS finds my USB stick
BIOS finds B65PGI_3.06.ROM
I can then start the update process..

At 0% my computer will reboot (like it says in the text I guess(?))
but then it wont boot again.
I waited for a long time and then in this state I can't boot my computer with the power button anymore, I have to disconnect the power cable for a while (PSU without on/off switch)

After this i can boot to BIOS again and its like nothing have ever happened.

What can I do??




USB
- Older 10GB was found in BIOS, not my two 32GB sticks.
- FAT32
- unpacked "B65PGI_3.06.ROM"
- tried different ports direct at the motherboard

BIOS
- Resetting default settings
- Disable fTPM / Expo
- tried HDMI in iGPU also GFX card
- Disable fast boot
