Sadly Asrock lack hybrid GPU mode available in bios on MSI boards.
Return you current board and buy MSI.

New build ASRock x670E Steel Legend Ryzen 9 7950X3D
Gigabyte 4070 GPU

I would like to use the integrated GPU for some things but from the first time I booted up I have only been able to use the dGPU.
I found the bios settings below and set the following
Advanced > AMD CBS > NBIO Common Options > GFX Configuration
dGPU Only Mode I set to Disable
iGPU Configuration I set to UMA_AUTO
Then in
Advanced > Display Priority I set to Internal Graphic

After reboot I move the HDMI to the iGPU but I get nothing on the screen.
It still only goes to the dGPU. I even unplugged the dGPU and still get nothing on the screen.
