I have a peculiar problem. When I turn off -> then turn on the PC, all is good. But when I choose rebooting Windows, the monitors don't re-start again. They detect no signal and remain black. In the background I can hear the sound of Windows login screen so the PC is booting in itself. It just leaves the screens out.

I tried A LOT of different things and so far nothing helped.

So I want to update the BIOS.

However, afaik ASRock BIOS updates have an additional setup step that happens after reboot after successful installation.

And since my rebooting isn't working, I'm afraid I'll brick something.
