The link you posted above is for some <b>Intel systems only</b>, as it shows in the title at the top of that page.<br><br>The Windows 7 patcher for AM4 is listed in the Windows 7 download page for your board:<br><br><a href="http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/index.asp#osW764" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/index.asp#osW764</a><br><br>As said above, use the USB 2.0 ports on the IO panel. Something does not make sense here, what keyboard and mouse are you using?<br>]]>
