That's not good, I've been waiting for the first true Win 10 driver problem, and yours seems to be it.

I checked Qualcomm's website, which was worthless for finding drivers. Your board's AR8152 chip is a bit older and not sold anymore.

I managed to find this driver download that claims to be Win 10 compatible. I can't check that myself since I don't have your board, but it's worth a try:
