You'll be waiting for a Ryzen APU until AMD releases them. No idea at this point.

I guess you haven't checked the ASRock X370 boards at all, just look at the IO panel for video outputs. These ASRock X370 boards have at least one HDMI output:

If they come out this year it will be near the end of the year.
