Mine shows no ram offline its at 15.9 and it is still running in single channel mode. <br /><br />Thanks for your help in advanced. also if it does help i will go through  and provide the same screen shots?]]>

I only noticed it today but has possibly been like that the whole time from BIOS 2.4 til now.<br><br>Thanks for the tip about screenshotting the BIOS. Switching slots, clearing cmos will change nothing. CPU-Z also shows dual but not in bios. I have not run memfest tho but probably should. I spoke with asrock tech yesterday and in the process of returning the board. I'm also planning to return the cpu as well.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>p.s.</div><div>Now the question I have is when clearing cmos, should I also remove the cpu as well in order to obtain 100% "clearing" ?
