After a good shove, it fully seated and is operating. The memory is only reading at 2133, but I'll deal with that separately.]]>

Unless some thermal paste ran off, I find that improbable.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=6359">Davito2000</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5667<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23 Jul 2017 at 11:30am<br /><br />Specs:<br />PSU- EVGA Supernova 1000w G2G<br />MoBo- ASRock 1151 Z270 Extreme 4<br />CPU- i7 7700k<br />VGA- XFX GTX 960 2g<br />RAM- Corsair Vengeance DDR 4 3200 (2x8g)<br />HDD- WD Black 2t<br />SSD- Samsung 500g <br /><br />No video; No beep; fans operating; hdd spins up<br /><br />Blue flashing lights on upper part of Mobo; Red light next to bios a1.<br /><br />All plugs inserted including CPU, Main board, VGA, etc. <br /><br />Procedure so far: Ram moved from priority 1 to 2, (Priority 1= 0101, Priority 2= 1010). No effect. Monitor plug moved from VGA to onboard. No effect. Monitor light just blinks. Reset CMOS, (flashed lights at me), no effect.<br /><br />This is about my fourth build, so I'm not green, but I've never had a DOA/faulty unit. The HDD, case, PSU, and VGA are old, but the rest is new.
