While there are no restrictions in the specifications about the usage of the H110M-HDS board, the longevity of any PC component depends upon its environment and usage.

Its environment means how well the board and associated components are kept cool and protected from dirt and moisture. Heat is the usual main thing that reduces an electronic component's lifespan. If this board is used in a small PC case with only the CPU cooler fan moving air, every component will be running at a higher temperature, and tend to deteriorate faster. If the PC case has several intake and exhaust fans, everything will be cooler and last longer.

The environment also includes things like the quality of the PSU being used. A low quality PSU will not provide unvarying and clean voltages to the board and other components. This is one example of how the mother board is not the only factor involved in the lifespan of a PC.
