When I first got the board last week the only time I ran into cold boot problems was with 4.0ghz OC. Now anything, including stock settings, is a crapshoot to boot. There's no beep code, just the fans spin up, then calm down, but nothing is displayed and my mouse and keyboard don't light up. It's getting worse, and now sometimes even clearing CMOS doesn't bring it back.

Is it time to return this to newegg for a replacement, or is there some troubleshooting I can do? Does the x370 ITX board have LLC, by the way?

Edit: after reflashing bios, I got some stability back. It seems to boot fine from stock settings now, but 3.9 only boots cold three or four times before needing a full power cycle with the plug out. 3.9 is rock stable in Windows under any stress testing I can throw at it.
