Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

If you would like to get into BIOS setup under OS environment, please refer below link to install Restart to UEFI ver:1.0.5

With this utility, the system will auto restart and then boot into BIOS automatically.

My system is X370 Killer SLI.

The usual way to enter the UEFI is to press the Del or F2 keys when the PC is restarting.

Are you using the Ultra Fast setting of the Fast Boot option?

The Windows automatic restart into the UEFI/BIOS feature has a problem with Ryzen PCs, particularly if your memory is over clocked. Is that what you are referring to?

As said above, the ASRock Restart to UEFI program can be used to automatically restart from Windows into the UEFI/BIOS. But since that program uses the Windows feature to accomplish that, which does not work well with Ryzen for some reason, it may not work for you.
