Regarding your case, please check your MACaddress is the same with the motherboard MAC sticker?

If not, please follow the below link to write thecorrect MAC address to your motherboard.

I think i got defects motherboard H110M-DVS. 2 motherboards have same MAC D0:50:99:72:EB:0C so i cant use them using DHCP for diskless or internet.

When having problem with diskless system and so difficult to make boot from onboard LAN on Asrock H110-DVS i tried disable CSM on BIOS. And after save and quit the motherboard have 3 short beeps no display, I power off and disconnect the Power cord and battery. After Power On i realize the MAC Address change automatic from 70:85:XX:XX:XX:XX Become D0:50:XX:XX:XX:XX. How can the MAC address change by it self? Can i use it without a problem?
