Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Regarding your question, we config a system to perform the test, Samsung 960 EVO works fine on A320M.

Please refer attached picture.

A320M BIOS P3.00

SATA Mode: RAID Mode

SATA Mode: AHCI Mode

We also provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to the user manual (page.27) from the link below to clear CMOS to try(Please shut down the AC power).

2. Reboot the system then press[F11] to check the Boot Menu.

3. If possible, please install other M.2 HDD to verify.

4. Please install your 960 EVO to another system to check if it could work fine.

I had the same problem. Turned out I hadn't pressed the SSD all the way in to the connector. It should make a click when it's all the way in.

"Samsung 960 EVO M.2" is not detected by A320M UEFI.

UEFI Main -> Advanced -> Storage Configuration -> M2_1: Not Detected
