Regarding your case, it seems the RGB LED setting have been changed, please get into BIOS RGB LED setting to setup the LED color and style you like. Also, you can use the RGB LED utility under Windows to setup the LED color.

For the few months I have been using my motherboard, the LED system has been a nice, constant blue. Today I noticed that it is flashing blue about twice a second. I went through the bios, and everything seems fine. My computer is working fine. I haven't changed any hardware or software. But the system is flashing blue, and won't stop.

Ideas?
