The OP of this thread, whitestar, now has his Corsair memory running at 4133, using the information that ASRock TSD provided for him in their post.

realist, whom you responded to, asked ASRock TSD for examples of the second and third timings for his different, G.SKILL F4-4000C18Q-32GTZ memory, that he can only get to run at 3600. We have no idea which CPU realist is using, or if it is running at stock.

Seems to be the Secondary Timing and Third Timing settings in the DRAM Configuration screen.

F4-4000C18Q-32GTZ

It's in the QVL but I can't get mine to post and am stuck at 3600Mhz and I have no idea how to tweak the secondary and third timings tables.

ASRock_Official, for the great images and the help, I have had to upgrade bios to 1.40a beta, changed VCCSA to 1.45v used xmp profile, blck is 129.2, speed now coming back as 4134, much thanks, and great images as well, those images where a great help.

Ok the VCCIO reading is 1.20v
           VCSSA reading is 1.35v

all the fast boot options where disabled as I am using a samsung 960 m.2 ssd.


Hope this helps you, also changed the memory setting to auto and it finds 4000 but it locks my pc on booting, so i have to set that option to 3200 speed, at this speed my pc is stable.


Have a question for you as well, what is the best memory to buy for this board and will run with no headaches.

The memory is in the A1, B1, C1, and D1 slot, correct? it is.

Question, when you select the XMP profile, what BCLK frequency do you get? it comes up with 129, at
that setting my pc dosnt even want to boot, so I have to reset the bios.


Next, with the XMP profile selected, in the UEFI/BIOS, Voltage Configuration screen, find the VCCIO and VCCSA voltage settings, and tell us what they are. You can try increasing them by ~0.5V. There are new voltage options in the manual related to memory that I've never seen in the past, so some research on those might help. Ok I will try this.

There is a new Beta UEFI/BIOS, 1.40A, that MIGHT improve the memory over clocking ability with your memory. Err no thank you, if you read it, it does say thats a alpha, well thats when i checked it out on sat.

And to be honest, I really shouldnt be having to go to corsair to ask them, as its a motherboard problem and not memory, and i do know these boards was really released in a short notice, it also seems strange to me that asrocks products dont seem to be rigously tested before there released.

to be trueful I am not bothered if they not tested or not, I just wanted help thats all, to sort the issue out, these boards are not cheap in the uk and the cpu was £840, when I am buying expensive equipment like this, a little help would go a great way, insteead of trying to send me to corsair, and stating While your memory model is included in the board's Memory QVL list, that does not mean it is guaranteed to operate at 4133.

well I could also state that wouldnt really hold up in a court of law as well, because the reason there would you be mis-leading customers, but meh, All I want is a little help thanks, and like you suggested I will try them setting and will let you know.
