Memtest86 run 0 errors found tried multiple settings with legacy/uefi bootmodes, updated firmware to latest, I unplugged all hdds/m2 drives still no dice.

Basically my issue is this I put windows 10 on bootable usb using rufus everytime I boot off usb it starts loading then freezes into a bsod restarts mb beeps 4 times (clock etc is set correctly) then boots into bios.

Error codes received:

Kmode exception not handled

Interrupt exception not handled

I have tried swapping mbr/gpt efi boots
XHCI Hand off enabled and disabled
Csm enabled and disabled
Security boot is disabled
Legacy usb support set to disable, enable and uefi setup only

Plz help....thanks

P.S I forgot to mention I have tried the following boot disks and oddly enough memtest86 is the only one that has worked.
