Stay using Instant Flash, not, NOT, the Windows means.

What is the FULL file name of the flashable file itself?


Too, try using a drive in the 8-16/32GB range. Larger ones seem to sometimes cause issues.

Also, do a fresh FAT32(must be FAT, not NTFS!) format, place the formatted stick with the unzipped file in the top most USB 2.0 port above the Multi-Purpose PS/2 port.

when trying to update bios with the instant flash using USB its not working just keeps telling no image found.

I download the .zip file unzip to usb and try the update but not working. 
How could i update the bios, thanks.
