About your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to the user manual (page.26) from the link below to clear CMOS to try(Please shut down the AC power).

2. Please make sure LAN driver is installed in your system.
     Link: http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/AB350M-HDV/index.asp#osW1064 

3. Please disable the Network adapter in device manager, and enable it again.

4. Please re-connect the Ethernet cable to verify.

5. If possible, please boot into another HDD with clean OS for verifying.

6. If possible, please change another Ethernet cable to try.

Hi, i recently bought a motherboard (ab350m-hdv) and everything works fine except the ethernet connect. 
I tried to plug in my ethernet cable and i dont see any light and i cant connect to internet in Win10
I was wondering if my motherboard is having problem or do i need to download the newest bios. I hope to get a solution as soon as possible.
