Is there any place where one can report bugs for the bios?

I found out that my previous issue with 2.4/3.0 (can't wake up from sleep with SMT disabled) is happening even with SMT enabled on 3.1. I put the computer to sleep and then when trying to wake it up, it powers up with no video, the error code on the mobo is 4F.

Also SATA hot swap is not working on the 8x sata ports, the same bug 3.0 had, but 2.4 didn't have.

Update:

3.2 seems to have fixed the sleep issue (only tested with SMT enabled), hot swap is the same.

Update:

I've been using 4.6 for some time now, it seems to be way more stable in general and SATA hot swap works fine. I haven't tested disabling SMT and haven't tested if sleep using the last 2 sata ports (ASMedia AHCI controller) is fixed.
