Hello. I'm new to the forum. 
My problem is this: for reasons of performance of my XPLANE simu, I am obliged to deactivate the multithread in the bios. But by disabling it, I no longer have any external sound (external speakers), I no longer have microphone (external headphones). On the other hand, I always have the sound of the speaker of my screen. 
When I activate the multithread, everything works correctly. Does anyone have a solution? I specify that I have no errors in my device manager. I also specify that all my drivers are up to date as well as the version of my Bios. 
My material is as follows:
ASROCK X79 extreme 4 + processor i7 3820
Nividia geforce gtx 1080
Windows 7 64 bits
