You really must clear the BIOS whenever you move the memory. Do NOT skip clearing the BIOS!

You are trying to use two kits of your memory, so all the memory is not matched. Do you know which sticks are from one kit, and which are from the other kit? You can check the serial numbers on each stick, and sort them into the two kits.

The memory slots are numbered like this: A1 A2 B1 B2.

Using one kit, for dual channel, put one kit (two sticks) in the A2 and B2 slots as datonyb said.

Try starting the PC with only two sticks from one kit, after clearing the BIOS/CMOS. It should start at 2400. If that works, then enable the XMP profile, but change the memory speed from 3200 to 2933 at first. You should also set the SOC voltage in the OC Tweaker screen to 1.1V. Check that the DRAM voltage is set to 1.35V.

Will two sticks from one kit work at 2933? If it does, you can try to change the speed to 3200, but that might not work with every CPU since it is a memory over clock. The memory controller is part of the CPU.

You can try to use the two kits, with the sticks sorted into each kit, with one kit in the A1 and A2 slots, and the other kit in the B1 and B2 slots. That is, put one kit in one channel, and the other kit in the other channel. Clear the BIOS/CMOS before you start the PC like this. Be sure the SOC voltage is at 1.100V - 1.150V. It is harder for the memory controller to use 32GB than it is to use 16GB, so you may not be able to get 32GB up to 3200. The unmatched kits of memory can also make that harder to do.

Check if this works without the XMP profile. If the PC starts, check the memory speed. Then enable the XMP profile, set the SOC voltage to 1.150V, but set the memory speed to 2666, and check if the PC starts.
