The latest UEFI version for my X370 Killer SLI/ac board does not have that option.

Multi-Core Enhancement, common on newer Intel 'Z' chipset boards, is simply a feature for a setting all the cores to run at the maximum Turbo speed specification. Normally the maximum Turbo speed is only applied to one or two cores at most. All of the cores will not run at the maximum Turbo speed at the same time, the normal way that Turbo works on Intel and AMD processors. For example, a Ryzen eight core processor will only operate two cores at the maximum Turbo frequency at the same time.

We can easily configure Multi-Core Enhancement manually on any unlocked processor and board that allows over clocking. In the UEFI of my Ryzen board, you set CPU Frequency and Voltage Change mode option to Manual, and then in the CPU Frequency option, you just set it to the maximum Turbo spec for your processor. For my Ryzen 1700X, that would be 3800MHz. For a Ryzen 1700, it would be 3700MHz. Intel boards have different option to do this, but the result is the same.

Multi-Core Enhancement is just a convenience feature, nice for a one click semi-overclock of the CPU, but is nothing that could not be done by configuring a couple other options manually in an over clocking capable system for many years.
