What is the difference between this 2 PCI-EXPRESS ports?



When connecting my EVGA GTX 1060 6GB into the first PCI-EXPRESS the silver one
I get this IRQ sharing in the MSINFO32



And when connecting the same EVGA GTX 1060 6GB in the second PCI-EXPRESS black slot, mi msinfo32 changes, like it reports that the Graphic card is not longer sharing IRQ.





I have heard before and read that, people recommend not to share IRQ things in devices such: Mouse, Keyboard, Audio cards, ethernet cards, and graphic cards

So do you think it is better to put my EVGA in the black one that is not sharing IRQ? instead of the silver one?
