DRAM and CPU light red
No post, no BIOS access, no video black screen
Pulled the RAM same lights
let sit on for 10 minutes while powered on, no change
Using onboard video
Pulled CPU no bent pins
Pulled CMOS battery for 15 minutes
When I pull the mouse cable out and plug it in I get a flash of light.

RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series DDR 2x16GB
Corsair RM850x
Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Any ideas?

I'm thinking RAM change
