Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


To configure 7.1 CH HD Audio, it is required to use an "HD front panel audio module" and enable the multi-channel audio feature through the audio driver.

Under Realtek Audio manager do you have the speakers set to "7.1 Speaker"? 

You can also look under:

Playback Devices (right click windows speaker icon on taskbar) -> Speakers -> Configure -> set 7.1

Hi,

I have just purchased this motherboard which is meant to have support for 7.1 audio.
I have installed the latest win10 realtek driver and connected the correct jacks. 
However when do the test only the front left and right speakers are functioning. 
I have tested the speakers on another pc and they are working correctly. 

Please help this issue.
