Ok i solved myself, found the correct setting.
So the "global" XCHI setting doesnt do it, but this setting seems to turn chiplet usb 3 to usb 2, but not cpu lanes usb ports.

For that we need to disabled following:

Advanced\AMD CBS\FCH Common Options\USB Configuration Options ..

then turn USB 3 to disabled. Then cpu lane usb 3 turn into usb 2.

Hi, XHCI disabled mode for cpu lanes does not work. USB is still full speed, should be usb 2. This mode works for chipset.

Please look into it.
