Slots 2 and 4 is where I have them plugged into. Correct, IF I remove one stick, the boot loop starts occurring. This happens with both brands of RAM.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div>Posted my specs for future reference.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I just purchased the hardware last week, So I will deal with Newegg on a replacement board.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks!&nbsp;</div>]]>

Once booted in to Windows 10 PRO, the system is showing 32GB installed, but only 16GB is usable.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>I've done a tone of research and nothing I've come across has helped.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>One thing I noticed is when I install one at a time in any one slot, the computer does not post.
