Ljordan, I do not see enough information to determine what is going on.  Please post your specifications in your signature as I have, including all the items I have.  Please tell us what are failure symptoms - just "fail" is not enough information!  Enjoy, John.

Dear Ljordan,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


We are able to install clean Windows 10 Pro OS from a USB drive onto the Samsung 950 Pro M.2 successfully.


Please refer below steps to install Windows 10 Pro OS onto the Samsung 950 PRO M.2
Step 1: Please install Samsung 950 PRO M.2 and bootable OS USB drive on the X370 Taichi.
Step 2: Please press hotkey F2 or Delete during POST to get into BIOS, press F9 to load BIOS default, press F10 to save configuration.
Step 3: Please press hotkey F11 during post and choose UEFI mode.
Step 4: Please follow Windows installation instruction to finish the process. 


X370 Taichi P3.20:


Samsung 950 PRO M.2:


[F11] select Win10 Boot device

I want to install Windows 10 Pro (from Microsoft USB stick) onto my NVME Samsung 950 PRO drive of X370 taichi. 
I have tried disabling Secure Boot and setting CSM to UEFI but fail.
Please advise it, thanks.
