    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=5435">datonyb</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6455<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30 Oct 2017 at 6:17pm<br /><br />instant flash should be easy enough <br>heres the steps to follow <br>goto asrock download latest bios (select the instant flash version)<br>download and then EXTRACT the zipped file <br>now copy this extracted file onto pen drive<br>boot into bios <br>select *reset to defaults* or load bios defaults whatever your says<br>reboot into bios now go to instant flash and it should read the new bios file<br>make sure you use one of the usb rear ports<br>]]>
