version 3.1 is availble

select the instant flash file/download

http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/A320M%20Pro4/index.asp#BIOS

format your usb stick in windows > fat32

then copy the EXTRACTED file to this and reboot

major advise here is never use the windows based flash

instant flash should be easy enough
heres the steps to follow
goto asrock download latest bios (select the instant flash version)
download and then EXTRACT the zipped file
now copy this extracted file onto pen drive
boot into bios
select *reset to defaults* or load bios defaults whatever your says
reboot into bios now go to instant flash and it should read the new bios file
make sure you use one of the usb rear ports

Hello,
i have a problem with bios update.
I have a A320M PRO4 with Bios P2.0. i tried to update to P3.0 by both instant Flash and DOS; but i can't update because the bios don't find anything useful on pendrive. What's the problem?
