Does anybody here knows how to modify the b350 chipset motherboards?

My motherboard is Asrock Ab350 Fatality k4 gamming, i did remove capsule with UBU tools, I can perfectly flash the bios, without problem, the thing is, I still not understand, how to acces or make viseble these options:

-EHCI-HAND OFF
-XHCI-HAND OFF
-Legacy USB/PORT
-USB PORT
-USB 2.0 Controller Mode

These options seems to be the culprit on the USB PORTS 2.0 that doesn't seems to work with the F-stream features on fatality port.. neither on Windows 7+usb path installation software.. I did tried with Default to Supervisor, or to USER or Extended user, them flashing the 3.20 last bios, and still not visible.., what can i do? thanks

PS: I have a very inconsistent polling rate in various mice, like g9, some mouse 3.0 usb, inconsistent polling rate, floating, etc,etc.
