chainsaw, please get your AMD chipset drivers here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
I use the right side, manual.  I think ASRock has stopped releasing these drivers.  I would also suggest you get your other drivers from the chip vendors.  One exception I know of is the Aquantia NIC drivers for X399.  Enjoy, John.

Asrock please can we get some newer drivers. AM4 chipeset drivers on your site are still from before the Ryzen Launch "2 versions behind". The sound drivers are over a year old "10+ versions behind".
