When turning on my PC from a cold start, the motherboard HDMI will go from "No Signal" to black screen for a second or two (as if it somewhat receives a signal), then back to No Signal. Restarting from Windows 10 just shows No Signal the entire boot process.

GPU HDMI works just fine.

So does that HDMI port only works for APUs?

Since it'll go to a black screen for like 2 seconds, it means that port is working, correct?

I know Ryzen doesn't have any integrated graphics on it, but figured it at least show the BIOS. Anyhow, just wanted to know if that's how it's suppose to be since I'm running out of time to submit a rebate for the MB - can't return/exchange it without the UPC.

Thanks!
