Was it running before the tune up ?
If it was running before do a reset bios.

my pc configuration
cpu- Ryzen 1950x
memory- Kingston fury 2133
power supply termatake 850w
ssd su900 a data
ssd Seagate 2tb
after turning there is no lights on reset,power buttons also no light on the Dr debugger,monitor like in sleep mode black screen hdd lights also not appeared
trying to make bios update by flashback but after few seconds blinking the light turning to solid green
