    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=7501">davidzvi</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6646<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20 Nov 2017 at 12:16pm<br /><br /><a href="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"></a>New system build<br>Reused:<br>Case<br>PSU<br>Drives (Samsung SSD, Crucial SSD, 2x2TB WD SE drives in RAID 1, and 10 TB HGST)<br><br>New Stuff:<br>Intel Core i5-8600K<br>ASRock Z370M Pro4<br>Team T-Force DARK 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 2666 - TDGED416G2666HC15BDC01<br>Noctua NH-U9S<br>EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC<br><br>System seems to be running fine except when I select shutdown it doesn't.&nbsp; The screen shuts down and seems like it's going into sleep mode but does respond to mouse, key board, quick press of the power switch.&nbsp; I would look at power setting, sleep settings, etc. but....<br><br>It does something similar during the Windows install and installing updates (windows or device drivers).&nbsp; It goes to reboot and stops even on the first reboot during the windows 10 64bit install.&nbsp; If I press the power button to hard shut down and then start it up again it reacts as if it completed a normal install / update reboot <br><br>I've tried a bunch of the power settings and turning hibernate off but since it starts at the windows install I can't really see how that should make a difference.&nbsp; I've played around in the UEFI and reset it.<br><br>Any Ideas?<br>]]>
