I have a weird problem with P-states.

Pstate 0 I have changed only DID to 4000mhz so therefore running it on custom. All other states are disabled. Haven't touched to VID or FID. I'm running 50mV offset and voltage and frequency are on AUTO in OC Tweaker.

Every second time when I boot my pc I get 1.388V as VID. Every second time I get 1.43V!!! HWinfo and Ryzen master have the same voltage so its real. The issue persists. No matter how many times I boot my pc every second time its 1.388V and the next boot back to 1.433.

A very weird issue! Could anyone help me?
