Assuming the Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac board.

Yes, the WiFi module can be removed in the same way as in your picture.

If you look closely at the second picture from the left (click to magnify or hover mouse pointer over it once selected) you can see the screw coming up from the bottom of the board, near the red and black wires.

ELurin, I got this from ASRock concerning my Fatal1ty X370 Professional Gaming.  Enjoy, John.

Hi John, Unfortunately, the only WAN Radio (signal) can be disabled. If like not to detect by Windows, that Wi-Fi module need to be removed from mainboard. Remove the plastic IO cover by un-tighten the screws at the back of the board and Wi-Fi module?™s screws at the back of the board. And then remove the Wi-Fi module form slot.
