Dear Asrock!

I have an ASRock TPM2-S (Nuvoton NPCT650) Module in my mobo. It works, but the boot time is very long. It takes 2,5-3 minutes from power up to Windows login screen. The firmware is 1.3.0.1.
I founded that Dell made a new updater for this chip with better firmware 1.3.2.8:

This package provides Dell TPM 2.0 Update Firmware and is supported on Dell Latitude/OptiPlex/Precision/XPS series running the following Operating Systems:
Windows 7-64bit, Windows 8.1-64bit & Windows 10-64bit
