Apparently, this PC has an ASRock B150 Gaming K4 Hyper mother board? You'll need to verify that for us. Or does it use a different mother board?

If you have this board in that PC, it has an Atheros Killer E2400 LAN chip, as stated in the board's specifications.

A random Realtek or Intel LAN chip driver will not work with this LAN chip. Apparently the Windows 10 generic LAN driver will not work. You can download the correct LAN driver here:

I assume it is the lack of the correct driver that is causing the network chip to not function. You could also check in the UEFI/BIOS, Chipset Configuration screen, the Killer E2400 PCIE Ethernet Controller option. It is enabled by default, but who knows if it was disabled from some reason by Multicom.

If Multicom is not providing you with support for your new PC, which they should be doing, I suggest you bookmark the link to your mother board's page on ASRock's website. There you can find all the correct drivers and UEFI/BIOS updates. If Multicom provided the mother board's driver disk with the PC, the Atheros network driver is on that disk too.

Have you installed any of the other basic drivers for your PC and mother board?

This solved my issue, I had tried everything but this driver got me online.

Hello, yes it is B150 GAMING K4 /HYPER.

The Driver and Utilities CD had some xSlipt / xSplit Broadcaster, Audio drivers and et cetera but no Network driver.

I followed some YouTube video, and manually "chose" driver from PC on the ethernet thingy located under "other drivers", and chose the one that appeared in the "right" box for currently in use, then the Network Adapter menu appeared with this option.

Internet still not working though. 

I got to install the Realtek driver after  did this, but that changed nothing.
