Tried to tier down the memory to 1600 without success... Reading more and will try at 1333 later today

cpuz will report on the tab spd the settings for 1600mhz

from memory my hyperx  1866 ram and phenom2 on a 970 board runs 1600 at cl9/10/9

without booting it i cant say all of them

but i know a bios default sets it to 1600 automatically

its a new motherboard that ive used this week so i will need to mess around with it this weekend so i can update later on with what settings its using

Hello Guys, 

Im running latest BIOS for my 990FX Extreme 3
Have a FX 8350 and 4 x HyperX 8GB 1866MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM

It was running fine until some weeks ago, when the CPU freezed. Need to remove all DIMM to reboot. And them need to put one dimm to reboot and run without problem.

I know that i need to run them on 1600 to have everything smooth

I know there is a specific latency confs that makes everything run like a charm. Can you help me guys ?
