youve turned this off in bios right ?

and /or latest version of win10 on usb ?

6 months+ old win10 isnt going to work

there is a sticky post at the top of this motherboard section specifically detailing installing windows 10 on the x399 systems

Hi, I just bought a Samsung m.2 512 gig and plugged it into my x399. I have a win 10 USB that I'm booting from. However the computer boots and only shows the blue windows logo and sits there.
