That is an 84 W TDP processor.

The i3-4130T is a 35 W TDP processor, which will use even less power at idle, which makes it perfect for a NAS server.
But i suppose isn't that much. This server has been running for almost a year, 24/7 without any issue. It is used only for backups. Compared with the old QNAP we had it' s lightning speed.

Had to update bios to get it work, but then all went on rails. I love these small boards. You can buid a powerful, low power system in a small factor. Used an Intel i3 4130T.

A 4 bay hot plug case.
