All of a sudden I lose keyboard and mouse. This has happened numerous times and the only way to gain control back is to do a hard restart. I have tried unplugging and then connecting both keyboard and mouse but nothing helps. I can't check anything because I have no navigation method.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance......

Victor
