You will run into alot more headache. Run computer with sp1 windows7. Experienced computer scientist . THIS is a vanilla fix. Meaning its no 3rd party bloatware .
for this fix STEPS 1-4 REBOOT WHEN IT SAYS REBOOT IN EACH STEP COPY AND PASTE INTO NOTEPAD THIS tutorial .

TO FIX THIS ISSUE STEP 1 --->https://youtu.be/DlsVdGOKez

STEP 2 DOWNLOAD AMD UNINSTALL UTILITY FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON PAGE ---->> http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/incomplete ;

step 3 - go to control panel _ ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS - LOOK FOR MICROSOFT NET FRAMEWORK RUN repair reboot after

rs

step 4 reinstall your amd drivers http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows%207%20-%2064

Edited by Packard93 - 09 Dec 2016 at 2:26pm

In my experience the display driver is pretty often the culprit. If that does not fix the problem then I would run scans on your drives for bad sectors/ failing drives, that has also been known to cause the <strong style="font-size: 11px; line-height: 15.3999996185303px;">DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD. Personally I would start by scanning the Seagate drive, I have had 4 Barracudas fail on me over the last 2 years and no longer purchase Seagate products as a result. 2 of the drives were a hair outside warranty and the second set that I purchased to replace them (RAID array) died in weeks and they claimed the drives had been damaged physically and would not honor warranty so I was not at all impressed.

Obviously you will also want to reseat your RAM and other components too to rule out poor connections.

Good luck
