There are many models of ASRock Z270 boards, you'll need to be more specific.

A temperature reading of "1.104" does not make sense at all, and appears to be a voltage reading. The usual way a temperature reading is displayed in the UEFI would be, 25° C, for example. Do you see the CPU temperature in that display?

A few Windows programs can read memory temperatures, if the memory actually has a temperature sensor and the board supports supplying the temperature reading. The program HWiNFO64 will display memory temperatures if it can detect the reading.

PC memory does not run warm, and non-oveclocked memory like your 2400 speed memory at the default memory voltage will not be hot at all. Your memory has large metal heat sinks on it, and I'm sure your memory is not over heating.

If you can find the DRAM Voltage reading in the UEFI, it should be 1.2V, which is the standard default voltage, and will not cause your memory to be hot. My G.SKILL 3600 speed memory in a Z270 board at 1.35V has never been above 30° C.

You could create a screenshot of the UEFI screen by putting a USB flash drive in a USB port, go into the UEFI and on the screen you are referring to, press the F12 function key on the keyboard, and a picture of the screen will be saved to the flash drive. You could then post that picture here if you know how.

What screen in the UEFI do you see the display you are talking about? Is the UEFI in EZ Mode, or Advanced mode? Have you changed any of the options in the UEFI from their default values?
