Please enter to the BIOS setup and then press &#091;F9&#093; to load BIOS default setting.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>2. Under OS environment, please enter Device Manager to check if the Network Adapter is detected and presented.</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; If so, please right click the Network connection icon at the right down corner to "Troubleshoot problems".</div><div><br></div><div>3. Please change other Ethernet cables to verify.</div><div><br></div><div>4. Please make sure the router which is connected is still functional.</div><div><br></div><div>5.
