Regarding your question, the RGB LED header supports standard 5050 RGB LED strip (12V/G/R/B), with a maximum power rating of 3A (12V) and length within 2 meters.

What kind of STRIPS RGB LED 5050 can I put on my AB350M Pro4 board?
It has 3 outputs of 12V to put fan and led strips.
What do you recommend to put? What RGB LED strips do you recommend?
