Problem is when I shut down the computer. All USB ports stay live. LED on mouse and keyboard on. I have searched all over the bios and in windows 10. Disabled everything I thought would be it, but nothing has worked. Deep Sleep, Mouse power on, Keyboard power on all disabled. Also wake on lan. Tried Deep Sleep in all modes and nothing. A little help would be appreciated.
