Thank you for choosing ASRock.

 

Regarding your case, the deep sleep option is todisable the USB power when system shut down.

Please set the deep sleep to enable in S4-S5 andpress F10 to save the configuration.

The USB power should turn off during system shutdown.

I have a Z370 Pro4 MB. Problem is when I shut down the computer. All USB ports stay live. LED on mouse and keyboard on. I have searched all over the bios and in windows 10. Disabled everything I thought would be it, but nothing has worked. Deep Sleep, Mouse power on, Keyboard power on all disabled. Also wake on lan. Tried Deep Sleep in all modes and nothing. A little help would be appreciated.
