Some features of the Sound Blaster Cinema 3 program conflict with the ASROCK Realtek sound driver.</span><br><br><span>If you click the headphone menu or the speaker menu icon in Cinema 3 program, the window volume setting is muted and Cinema 3 program is forcibly terminated.</span><br><br><span>To solve this problem, install the latest R2.82 driver for the Realtek sound driver on the RealTek website instead of the ASROCK homepage version.</span><br><br><span>Or you can install Sound Blaster Cinema 3 program by installing version v1.00.1.4 which is provided by ASROCK instead of version v1.00.1.2 which is provided from the overseas archive site.</span> <span>I think that ASROCK will have to provide the latest version of Sound Blaster Cinema 3.</span></span></div><div></div><div></div><div><span id="result_" lang="en"><span>2. ASROCK Realtek sound driver installation does not enable Windows 10 spatial sound function.</span><br><br><span>When installing the Realtek sound driver provided by ASROCK homepage, the spatial sound function of Windows 10 is not activated and it is fixed to off status.</span> <span>To solve this problem, install the latest R2.82 driver on the Realtek homepage.</span> <span>However, there is a bug in which the Realtek High Definition Audio Manager tool is not activated when installing R2.82 driver.</span> <span>This is the part that Realtek needs to solve, but I think you should also know about it at ASROCK headquarters.</span></span><span ="trans-verified- goog-toolbar-" id="t-served-community-" role="" aria-="true" style="display: n&#111;ne;" unable="&#111;n"><span class="jfk-butt&#111;n-img" unselectable="&#111;n"></span></span></div><div></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><span id="result_" lang="en"><span>3. ASROCK Restart to UEFI program does not work properly.</span> <span>When I reboot, it does not enter BIOS.</span> <span>It just boots into Windows, or is blacked out on the screen.</span></span></div><div><span lang="en"><span></span></span>&nbsp;</div><div><span lang="en"><span></span></span>&nbsp;</div><div><span lang="en"><span><span id="result_" lang="en"><span>4. BIOS boot sequence function does not work.</span><br><br><span>In my case, if I leave the boot SSD at 1, it will boot to Windows, but if I leave the boot SSD at 2 or 3, I can not boot into Windows.</span><br><br><span>For example,</span><br><span>If the boot sequence is set as below, it is normal to boot but it can not find the boot drive.</span> <span>If it is normal, check 1) and 2) to recognize that it is not the boot drive, and 3) recognize the boot drive and enter Windows.</span> <span>I tried BIOS initialization and re-update, but the symptoms are the same.</span><br><br><span>- Setting the boot sequence -</span><br><br><span>1) Samsung DVD Multi</span><br><span>2) USB drive</span><br><span>3) Boot SSD</span><br><span>4) Not used</span><br><span>5) Not used</span></span></span></span><span ="trans-verified- goog-toolbar-" id="t-served-community-" role="" aria-="true" style="display: n&#111;ne;" unable="&#111;n"><span class="jfk-butt&#111;n-img" unselectable="&#111;n"></span></span></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div></div>]]>
