Asrock Z370m Pro4 + i3 8100 + Gainward 1050ti + SeaSonic SS620 Bronze + Segotep Dawning Blade+random PS2 keyboard

4 days old config, installed windows 10, worked fine.

Installed windows 7, and after fist time a desktop with icons is loaded, I press "shut down" in start menu, and OS stuck in the very same moment. After a cold reboot from the PC case RESET button, the rig is stuck in first splash screen - with "ASROCK" in the middle, and "Press f2 or del to enter..." in the lower right corner.  At this point pressing any button on the keyboard does not seems to have effect. (Still, "Nun lock" led on the keyboard is reacting to pressing that key)

BIOS is cleared twice - once with the jumper on the motherboard, second time with battery out for 30 seconds.No effect.
